  • The offering of this contract can not be exchanged with any other service or sale offered at the workshop.
  • The workshop's decision would be final as to work required to be attended and spares required to be replaced/repaired..
  • All other repairs, maintenance, service, accident claim, spare parts, accessories, or other items not covered under AMC.
  • All discounts are based on regular prices, Any other materials/space/weights consumed will be charged extra.
  • In case of pickup-drop & breakdown beyond city and vuda limits the cost incurred on the technician and the towing vehicle will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of misunderstanding, the Decision of management will be final.
  • Vehicle Parking, Repairing, and Driving are done at the customer's risk.
  • Even after informing the client about completion of work, if a client does not come to tack delivery of vehicle, parking charges of Rs. 300/- per day will be applicable.
  • Book a service before 2 days to avoid inconvenience.
  • No verbal communication/argument will be accepted
  • All the services carried out in ONE STOP MOTORS, Vadodara outlets are at the vehicle owners risk and OSM will not be liable for any loss, damage, fire, or consequential damages caused while rendering the services mentioned under this booklet.
